Membership & Training fees 2008/9 Season


Fees for all classes of membership and training/match payments will be as follows:

Social Membership entitles Adults to our occasional Newsletters and invitations to any organised social events during the season, but not Voting Rights.

For players who first join the Club in the current season, but after the end of 2008, the Membership Fee will be reduced to £7.50 plus the appropriate training/match fees. Similarly, Full Adult Members will also pay £7.50 for the remainder of the current season.

To keep up with the rising costs of pitch hire and kit and equipment, the Club regrets it has to increase the total fees payable for players for the coming season. This is the first increase in three years. However, to mitigate this rise, the Club is introducing a Family Package whereby the fee for a second child or any further children of the same parent or guardian, will be reduced by £10.00. To assist the Treasurer please indicate the make-up of your payment on the application form.

The Club continues to seek financial advantage from the Gift Aid Scheme. If you are a U K tax payer please indicate on the Player/ Adult Membership Application form.

If you choose to pay by two instalments to spread the cost, please pay the membership fee and the first instalment for training by 31 July 2008 and ensure that the second instalment is paid no later than 1 January 2009.

No refunds will be possible if Players/Members leave the Club during the 2008/9 season or if any training session is missed. The Club must also reserve the right to cancel training sessions due to weather conditions or absence of Managers to run the sessions.

Please ensure that completed player/adult membership application forms, with the appropriate fee (cheques made payable to the New Buckenham Junior Football Club with the name of the player on the reverse) are returned to the Treasurer at the address below by the end of July 2008. We have to register the Players with the South Norfolk League prior to our first match of the season.
